Antenna Production and Manufacturing

INTERLINE designs and manufactures antennas for wireless systems including Wi-Fi, LTE, IoT and industrial RF applications. Production is based on repeatable processes, controlled materials and in-house assembly.

Materials and components

Antenna performance depends directly on the quality of materials. We use verified materials with stable electrical and mechanical parameters:

  • PTFE and RF laminates for radiating elements
  • Aluminium and stainless steel for mechanical structures
  • ABS and industrial plastics for enclosures

Material selection is driven by RF performance, environmental resistance and long-term stability.

Manufacturing process

Production is based on controlled and repeatable processes:

  • CNC and precision machining
  • Microstrip antenna fabrication
  • Mechanical assembly and sealing
  • Connector integration and RF path control

Each antenna type is manufactured according to defined production procedures to ensure consistency between units.

Quality and repeatability

Consistency is critical in RF systems. Antennas are designed and manufactured to maintain stable parameters such as impedance, radiation pattern and gain.

Repeatability is achieved through controlled production methods and validated designs.

Production scale

Production capacity allows both small batches and large volume orders. Modular design and component availability enable scalable manufacturing without changing electrical performance.

This ensures that antennas used in large deployments behave consistently across the entire installation.
