Ideas for new antennas are born during discussions with our customers, enjoying every day with solutions based on our microwave antennas. Tracking trends in wireless technology allows us to predict what type of antenna will be our clients need in a few months. The work begins by defining the desired parameters of the antenna. We select appropriate materials, we make the necessary calculations.
The equipment needed in our work ...
LPKF ProtoMat X60
With the help of a plotter LPKF ProtoMat X60 we can get ready prototypes of the proposed antenna in just a few hours.
Rohde&Schwarz FSH6-TG @ FSH-Z3
The finished prototype is measured in terms of matching the planned frequency analyzer using Rohde & Schwarz FSH6-TG (with built in Tracking Generator) and the bridge of FSH-Z3 VSWR. In the case of antennas with working frequency above 6GHz and gain measurements we use the Vector Analyzer Rohde & Schwarz ZVL13.
Rohde&Schwarz ZVL13
Vector Network Analyzer up to 13GHz
The analyzer allows us to perform accurate measurements of antenna matching and its gain as a function of frequency. This analyzer allows measurements at frequencies of up to 13GHZ.

Rohde & Schwarz NRP2 Power Meter
Sometimes we need to examine the real power of radio equipment. For this purpose, we use the handy power meter: Rohde & Schwarz NRP2 Power Meter

If the basic parameters of the antenna design meet their objectives, our antenna is going to the field measurement.
On the field, we performed detailed measurements of the electrical parameters of the antenna. Namely, the measurement of gain and the characteristics of the radiation with the use of professional measurement equipment.
Signal Generator: Rohde&Shwarz SMB100A
During the measurement of electrical parameters of antennas, it is essential to generate a continuous wave (CW) in the appropriate frequency. Signal Generator Rohde & Shwarz SMB100A allows us to generate a signal of very high quality parameters at an output power of up to 18dBm in the band from 1 to 6GHz.

Real Time Analyzer: TEKTRONIX RSA3408B
When measuring the scope of work does not require field-testing, we measured parameters of the antennas using the Real Time Analyzer TEKTRONIX RSA3408B. This very advanced analyzer provides accurate measurement data both in terms of spectral analysis and allows for very detailed examination of digital signals.

In addition, our laboratory equipment is:
- Broadband reference antennas with linear gain.
- RAK horizontal rotor with the ZELPRO SAC driver.
A prototype of the antenna is then ready for mass production and as a new antenna goes to our offer.
